BladeZux provides domestic and international courier and logistics services including but not limited to package delivery, freight forwarding, and warehousing ("Services").
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Certain items may be restricted or prohibited from shipment in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control including but not limited to weather, customs delays, and incorrect address information.
We will make up to three delivery attempts for each shipment. After three failed attempts, the package may be returned to the sender or held at a local facility for pickup.
All fees for Services are due at the time of shipment unless credit terms have been established. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with prior notice.
